What does the process look like?
I.e. we approve an earnest money lending request at $10,000 for 8 weeks,
-> Details are verified with Title Company or Closing Attorney
-> Contracts are Signed
-> Funds are wired accordingly
-> Original funding of $10,000 plus 40% return fee of $4,000 = TOTAL: $14,000 due immediately upon closing.
